American oak delivers exquisite, sweet vanilla and fresh orchard fruit flavours and golden autumn leaf colours.

The fourth release in the Macallan Harmony Collection is a vibrant and complex single malt that beautifully captures the influence of sherry casks on its spirit. The Macallan crafts oak casks to exacting specifications before seasoning with sherry in Jerez de la Frontera, a painstaking process that takes about five years before quiet maturation in Scotland. The Macallan Harmony collection showcases the power of oak in delivering up to 80 percent of the flavour and 100 percent of the natural colour of The Macallan.
