The Vintages Collection – annual releases of hand-selected casks, each capturing the character of a particular year at The Dalmore. Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and enhanced by hand-selected Matusalem Sherry and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. Natural colour and non-chill filtered.
There are aromas of milk chocolate, candied satsuma peel and cracked black pepper on the nose, complemented by notes of buttered pastries, orchard fruit and hints of vanilla on the palate.
