Each tequila created by Felipe at El Pandillo uses a different combination of its three water sources: spring, rain and deep well and Tequila Primo 1861 is the only one produced with 100% spring water. The agaves are cooked in traditional stone ovens, crushed with the mechanical tahona known as Felipestein, and naturally fermented in both wooden and stainless steel tanks.
