The first in the distillery’s core releases, Tiger was aged in a combination of sherry and rich wine casks. This dram is filled with rounded and sticky notes of dates, figs and raisins, giving way to hints of walnut and worn leather.

Ki One Distillery’s Tiger Edition was inspired by their own limited edition sherry-cask-matured Batch 3, which earned a gold medal at the 2024 World Whiskies Awards and was awarded Best Korean Single Malt.
