Ki One Eagle Edition Korean Single Malt

Eagle elegantly displays the distillery’s character through the subtle use of new oak and Kentucky bourbon barrels. The result is more toasty and malty notes that lead to butterscotch, popcorn and oak spice, all underpinned fresh cacao.

The Eagle represents the Korean American heritage of The Ki One Distillery’s founder, Brian Do, as well as the birthplace of the oak used to mature this expression. Aged in a combination of ex–Kentucky bourbon barrels and new American oak sourced from Missouri, Eagle Edition layers familiar bourbon flavors of caramel and vanilla over the distillery’s spicy malt making for a bold and robust whisky perfect for an everyday dram.
