From Suntory Yamazaki, the oldest distillery in Japan, Puncheon non-chill filtered single malt whisky. Named ‘Puncheon’ after the Puncheon cask it is matured in. Yamazaki Puncheon 2013 is aged in 480 liter oak Puncheon casks and gives a softer palate due to the slower ageing caused by the smaller spirit to wood ratio.
