Ki One Distillery “Batch 2 American Virgin Oak” Korean Single Malt

Ki One Batch 2 strikes a delicious balance between wood-driven richness and fruit-sweet vibrancy. It’s approachable yet textured, and adds depth over the first batch—great for those who want oak character without losing finesse or drinkability.

Made from unpeated malted barley; fermentations last at least 100 hours in stainless steel. Twice distilled in copper pot stills. Aged for over three years, using a mix of virgin American oak barrels and first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. The addition of the ex-bourbon casks in Batch 2 gives more bourbon-influenced oak richness than Batch 1.
