It’s a sibling of Johnnie Walker Black Label, but youthful, spikier and more rebellious. Johnnie Walker Double Black was rolled out in 2011 for general release. Created by Master Blender Jim Beveridge as a darker, smokier interpretation of the Johnnie Walker Black Label by including more Islay whisky and casks that have been heavily charred.
