The peated Unicorn combines honeyed richness with a smoky, barbecue sauce character, bringing savoury and sweet elements into harmony. Notes of seaweed, soy sauce, vanilla cream and crème brûlée unfold over a gentle coastal smokiness.

The Unicorn represents Scotland and The Ki One Distillery’s Master Distiller & Blender, Andrew Shand. An homage to the peated single malts of Scotland, Unicorn Edition features the same barrel regimen as the Eagle Edition but is distilled from Scottish malt peated to 50 ppm. Smoky and earthy, Unicorn Edition embodies the harmonious union between Scotch whisky tradition and The Ki One Distillery’s unique spicy malt profile.
