The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut

Inspired by our deep-rooted connection to the natural world, The Macallan Harmony Collection embraces the use of organic materials in its packaging, creating beauty from resources at the end of their natural lives.

The coconut character is derived from natural characteristics present in the sherry seasoned American oak casks, specifically selected for the high levels of oak lactones found in the wood. The inclusion of sherry seasoned American oak heightens the presence of coconut aromas and flavours, drawn from the natural characteristics of the wood and finessed by bourbon casks.

The final chapter in The Macallan Harmony Collection brings us back to where the journey began: The Macallan Estate. Here, the story comes full circle through the TimeSpirit Dining Experience, a remarkable collaboration with the world-renowned El Celler de Can Roca.
