This glitzy sake is the work of Kita No Homare, produced on Hokkaido, one of Japan’s main islands. The Junmai-Daiginjo sake is produced with polished rice and water from the Okusawa stream, so it’s clean and crisp. A fresh, precise sake of exceptional quality with notes of crisp lemon, ripe pear, peach sorbet, jasmine and white flowers. It is a Junmai-Daiginjo, meaning the highest rice polishing grade. It gets to the heart of the grain to extract its aromatic richness and all its flavour.
Added golden flakes underline its classic and high standard. Its washi label is made of craft paper used in Japan since the 7th century.
You can enjoy it in a Masu (wooden glass), Ochoko (small glass) or in a traditional wine glass.
