The whisky goes through three casks. First it is matured in Whisky and Bourbon Oak casks and then finished in a Caribbean Rum Cask. The process harnesses their lively characters to awaken a new, rich, colourful and exciting flavor. The outcome, a wonderfully complex blend with layers of spice & ginger aromas, soft ripening orchard fruit, toffee, brown sugar and sweet vanilla with a hint of smoke.
