Inverroche Limestone Rum is aged for ten years. It is mellowed in charred bourbon barrels before it is transferred to second or third fill Muscadel or Sherry casks before blending and bottling it in a selected second fill whiskey casks. Best enjoyed when served neat with dark chocolate or with a curl of orange zest on ice. You can mix Inverroche limestone with 100ml Ginger beer and three dashes of bitters garnished with a lime wedge.
