The Saint-Joseph appellation is known for producing elegant and complex Syrah, and Chave`s rendition is no exception. As the vintage matures, you can expect it to develop a harmonious balance of red and black fruit flavours, along with notes of pepper, spices, and floral undertones. The wine typically has a structured palate, with fine tannins and a persistent finish. The aging potential for this wine is generally up to 15 years.
